Our story
Elmbank started operating in 2005, in London, when company directors Lee and Dave decide that, with the knowledge and experience gained over many years working within the lift industry, in many different roles, they would take advantage of a gap in the market to supply qualified, experienced engineers to work on installation projects for various independent lift companies.
Specialised training
At Elmbank, we are proud of our training programme, where each year we train operatives to NVQ level, with experience being handed down from both Lee, Dave and senior engineers to help the trainees get a full understanding of the many complex procedures needed to be a competent and confident engineer ready to embark on their own careers.
Ever since Elmbank started its journey, we have produced over 20 engineers to NVQ3 level, with a majority still working within the company today.
