Building services
In 2018, Elmbank started offering full service on all building works associated with lift installation and modernisation.
Our services currently include but are not limited to:
- Supply and fit both standard and custom-made hoardings in either wood or steel to the RAL colour required to meet the client’s specifications.
- Spraying lift shafts and motor room.
- Diamond cutting service for rope holes, pushes/indicators and opening up entrances. Using the ‘Hilti closed loop system’, we can reduce and eliminate both the need for additional water and the mess caused by the loss of water and slurry which is generally associated with traditional diamond cutting methods.
- All levels and types of fire stopping.
- Studwork, blockwork and specialist ‘Shaftwall’ installation to lift front elevations.
- Plastering, painting and making good to lift front elevations.
- Floor finishes to both lift car and landing thresholds
- Lift removal works overseen by experienced NVQ3 lift engineers.
- All site storage and protection solutions.
